Intersection of finance & customer experience
I was brought to Morgan Stanley to develop client experience strategies for Portfolio Managers. I worked exclusively with high net worth individuals (over $1 million AUM). Client Management at Morgan Stanley yields incredible ROI for the firm. Therefore, I had a ripe opportunity to create loyalty inspiring client experience solutions. I took advantage; creating meaningful systems for portfolio managers to foster long-term client connections. I established two annual events & partnerships with community micro influencers; both of which are still in-use at the branch today.Client Experience was a bottleneck for this Morgan Stanley division. However, after my management, it became an asset for the firm.
